I’ve been trying to figure out a way to be able to send small, one-sentence/blurby stream-of-consciousness/status entries to a “status miniblog” of sorts. I think I’ve found it.

In looking around, I have stumbled upon twitter. It’s free, made by the folks that do Odeo.

twitter allows you to post very small status or mini-entries via an SMS message from your cellphone or a form via the twitter website. These messages are then posted to your twitter account, which in turn are available via RSS feed.

I’ve configured a section below, called “latest status.” Peep there for “status” messages, or quick blatherings and passing thoughts. It’s just hyorking them from the RSS feed that twitter provides. They also have some fancy Flash-based display doo-dad, but I am not sticking that in this blog. Perhaps I will reserve that for places like MySpace, etc.
